“This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. “I can't say enough for what a great time we had at Kakao Lodge. I was skeptical at first since I usually like staying in my chain hotels that provide all the normal American comforts. But after staying here, my mind has totally changed.
