Horrible property and conditions… it should be considered 1 star and removed from expedia. Beds mattreses are thin and dirty. Rooms outdated and cheap with bedbugs. Sourroundings are awful and unsafe. Horrible experience will request money bavk

They should change the towels in the room. The color is greyish. The WIFI speed is terribly slow. I am not downloading a movie. I am just doing the normal office work, checking email only.

Café da manhã humilde , não tem nada demais . Porém tudo feito com tanto carinho ,que se deixa levar . Eu sou intolerante a lactose , então sofri um pouco , não tinha Leite sem lactose. E afins , mas tudo bem.

Boa relação custo-benefício.

Os funcionários são todos muito atenciosos e prestativos e a localização do hotel é muito boa, ao lado do Plaza Shopping, a uma quadra do comércio central e a pouca distância das barcas. O café da manhã é muito bom. Apenas as TVs dos quartos poderiam ser do tipo smart, com acesso aos streamings.

Quarto muito bom, mas o colchão descepcionou.

O quarto estava lindo, bem arrumado, bastante limpo e com muitos móveis e utensílios ótimos para a acomodação das bagagens, roupas etc. Porém, o colchão da cama de casal era muito duro, muito mesmo. Mesma coisa que pegar o edredom, estendê-lo no chão e dormir por cima. Dormir nele foi um grande desconforto. O outro ponto negativo era que dentro do box do banheiro não havia um suporte maior, tipo prateleira, para alocar os produtos de higiene pessoal, como shampoo, condicionador, loções etc. O suporte que tinha cabia apenas a saboneteira. Os demais produtos deixamos no chão do box para não precisar ficar abrindo, entrando e saindo para pegar no balcão da pia.

Bom mas com certos problemas.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica perto de vários restaurantes, botecos, do shopping e das balsas, o atendimento foi bom, com raras excessões, mas os quartos em si são muito datados, as camas e travesseiros são desconfortáveis, os banheiros são velhos e no primeiro dia o quarto estava com um cheiro muito forte de mofo, que melhorou após a primeira limpeza mas os armários continuaram, impossibilitando o uso deles, o café da manhã era bom mas pouco variado, basicamente pães, ovos, frutas e frios, apesar de ser o suficiente esperava um pouco mais comparado a outros hotéis na mesma faixa de preço, por sinal o hotel não tem disponibilidade de almoço e jantar, o que em si não é um problema pela localidade.

A estadia foi excelente. É um hotel confortável, com uma localização excelente em frente ao shopping. A região é segura, embora não recomende andar a pé sozinha à noite. Não tive nenhum problema. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, pessoal simpático e acolhedor. Recomendo e voltaria mais vezes. Ótimo custo-benefício.
