My birthday stay at Novotel during Carnival was nothing short of incredible! The staff truly made the trip, especially Lola and Cindy. They were so sweet and made us feel so welcome! From their constant smiles to the thoughtful birthday cake surprise at breakfast! I couldn't have asked for a better celebration. I can’t wait to come back!

I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue.

O que não gostamos foi que o ar condicionado do restaurante estava muito frio, inclusive a maioria dos hóspedes estavam de casaco tanto no café da manhã e no jantar. Pedimos para o funcionário aumentar a temperatura, mas ele nos informou que não era possível, pois o ar condicionado era central. Cabe ressaltar que fora do hotel estava em torno de 30 graus.

Cafe da manhã excelente, muitas variedades, funcionários prestativos, quarto limpo por ar condicionado estava com problema, desligava a noite toda por diversas vezes tendo que levantar e ligar denovo pois o controle fica na parede, piscina com muita areia no fundo e cloro fortíssimo, hidro com água branca nos dois dias que vi! No geral um ótimo hotel

Tivemos problemas com o quarto pós chegar a pia estava entupida e o banheiro na parte onde toma banho não estava limpo tinha vários bichinhos de banheiro sujo.. tivemos problema tbm com o ar condicionado e após falar com a gerente conseguimos a mudança de quarto. O café da manhã era o básico e não tinha muitas opções de proteína entre outras coisas…
