First off this is definitely not the 5 star hotel I’m used to… Hotel lobby looked spectacular but once you get to the hotel room, it appeared way older than the pictures. Nothing was included, not even toiletries. I had to go out and buy shower items since the soap in the room was extremely cheap and generic. Bathroom was tiny. I believe people live there and it’s really loud at night coming from hallways and connecting rooms. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, I woke up with body aches daily!

I was very disappointed with my stay at Windsor Marapendi. The staff was consistently unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my visit. There seems to be a clear lack of trust toward their guests, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this overshadowed the other aspects of the hotel and left a negative impression.

This is not a five star hotel. Completely disappointed and misleading from the pictures. Only sheets on the bed, no comforter. No space to gather in a family suite , just beds. Additional rollaway beds were for toddlers. Not suitable at all for a family with older kids.
