““I regularly use this app to book hotel rooms, and I usually have good experiences. However, the last hotel room I booked was terrible. I didn’t even stay there that night because there was dirt, dust, and food crumbs under the bed. I had to leave immediately. I’d like to file a complaint about this.””

“This is overall a good hotel. I know this review isn't going to sound that way but I rely on Expedia reviews and want others to know what to expect. It is very bare bones. There are basically no amenities. No laundry. The wi-fi is basically non functional. No ironing board (though there was an iron). No microwave.
