"Title: An Unforgettable Stay in Patagonia – Outstanding Hospitality! Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Río Serrano Hotel + Spa. The breathtaking scenery, beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms, and excellent service made our visit to Torres del Paine truly unforgettable. What impressed us most was the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. A particularly heartfelt thank you to Romina from the reservations team, who went above and beyond to assist us with our arrangements and accommodate our needs. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful communication made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Patagonia. We would absolutely recommend Río Serrano to anyone visiting Torres del Paine and would love to return someday! Thank you again to Romina and the entire team for such a memorable stay!"

"Amazing location. Room is small but clean and cosy. The food was great. Short walk to grey lake and ferrier hiking. Maybe we missed it but there dodnt seem to be a water refill station loke the other hotels in the area. Disliked the smoking.area.being right in front of reception. Meant you had to walk through smokers to get to breakfast and dinner."

"Loved this hotel even though we only had 1 night. Nice room, free waterholes and refill station. Amazing view. Breakfast was lovely and they started early as we were leaving on a tour. Ate at the restaurant fir dinner and the food was great. Only thing we had problems with was the room and restaurant needed a fan as it was unusually hit and the giant glass windows had soaked up a the sun and we couldn't get it cool."
