Room was a bit run down, desk chair was broken, called to have it replaced as soon as I fell off of it. Three days later and it never got replaced, parking mandatory 20.00/day and 50.00 every time we drove out. Alarm went off at 1:00am didn’t get turned off for at least 15 minutes. I can’t get over the parking fees
