"Pros - Excellent neighborhood location in Fishtown. Walking distance to multiple Michelin restaurants and Le Colombe coffee. Full apartment. Cons - Street parking very limited in evenings. Keypad entry codes for street and unit buried in email. Weekend/late night street noise notable (earplugs provided on nightstand though!). Overall - Great value; not recommended for anyone needing on-site parking/assistance or desiring hotel-like conveniences. "

"Room was clean and ready for our arrival. It was honestly the perfect budget trip to Philadelphia experience. Lots of really great food and coffee options within 2 blocks of the hotel. Great attractions nearby let it be the bridge the piers or the historic district itself. Hotel restaurant came to the rescue when the wife didn’t wanna walk to a restaurant. Honestly the hotel was kinda regular. But in a good way, nothing over zealous. "

"The check in procedure was arduous; when I pulled into the garage I had to beep to get an attendant's attention, so I could get my ticket. There was an empty luggage cart there so I was able to have the (wonderful!!!) bellhop Allen bring everything upstairs for me. There was construction going on in the lobby so I had to do some prospecting to find the mezzanine level and get checked in. I was having a terrible day (heinous protest traffic, impossible to go one block to get to the hotel, I was accosted by a homeless person on the street, etc) and Allen was VERY caring. Once I got into my room & unpacked, I noticed a few things. The toilet kept running every time I flushed it & I had to keep going back to jiggle the handle. Eventually I stopped doing that as it was inconvenient, after about 40 minutes it eventually stopped. I was also unable to open the sliding door curtains all the way; they got stuck on the rails (both the inner and outer curtain): that was disappointing, as I wanted to see the entire city without curtains blocking my view. (I had paid extra money to upgrade to a suite so I would have a balcony.) The elevators were majorly slow. The construction in the lobby made it hard to even get INTO the building...sometimes the front door would be open, other times there were workers behind the door & I had to wave & bang on the (glass) door for them to open the door. One time the guy could not figure it out & told me to go around thru the parking garage! Disappointing."

"Staff were very friendly and very helpful and the cleaning team were very sweet as well. The highlight of this hotel is where is located in the downtown area of Philly and exactly 2 minutes walking distance from the reading market. The hotel is huge and it has a huge capacity for a lot of guest, but the amenities are way too little. Also it’s a bummer that when you’re booking with Expedia or any other third-party, you take the room with the worst view. "

"Excellent location. Way to expensive for what you get. Want breakfast or other food, go next door to the Reading Station Plaza. At only $25 for the Breakfast Buffet and next door for a great breakast $10. Parking is a real scam at $40 per day. "
