Close proximity to restaurants, a movie theater, a gas station, and a Mall. Check-in and check-out were good. Complementary breakfast was great. Security needs improvement as there were a few shady characters hanging around the gas station that’s within walking distance of the hotel. That said, after midnight you must have an active room key to enter the hotel. Room amenities were average: a coffee pot, microwave and a fridge.

Beautiful clean hotel, proffesional staff except for the old grumpy lady, very very rude, be aware of her non proffesionalism, other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is right next to a gas station and close to the Moreno Valley mall as well as a shopping center so you don't have to go far for things. Only issue I had with the room are that the lights were motion sensor lights. Getting flashbanged in a dark room when getting up to go to the bathroom was not fun.

When we open the door to our room I could smell a wet musty smell. Like the carpet was wet at some point and left with no circulation. When we turned on the television there were black lines in the screen and couldn’t get the cable to come on so we called downstairs. The manager came up, saw the black lines in the screen, helped us get the cable going and made no mention of the black lines. The next morning I had the beginnings of rash starting around my eyes. Besides this the staff was really really nice.

The cleanliness around the hotel wasn’t good, breakfast ok, very small area, seats 16 people! Riom was clean I don’t like the smells, smells like the washed the carpet right before we got there!! No complaints about the hotel

Good location with a gas station next door, fast food, family restaurant & coffee shops along with a shopping center & big box store within 2-3 miles and the property sits right off the highway! Staff friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Indoor pool is nice for year around enjoyment, laundry room and gym equipment available until 10:00 pm. Enjoyable stay!
