Caesars Windsor - A Caesars Rewards Destination

"Everything was generally good. Minor issues lessened the enjoyment of our stay. For context, we came from Toronto and it was our first visit to the hotel. First, it was unclear where to go when we arrived at the property - i.e. finding a main entrance and, eventually, the self-parking. We circled a few blocks before finding it. Then, the walk from the parking garage to registration, and then from there to our rooms, was very long and required significant retracing of steps. The place is poorly laid out. Next, the room had insufficient lighting. My wife had difficulty finding enough light to properly put on her make-up and was very frustrated by this. We attended a concert and went to the Vu bar after. The beer selection was awful. We prefer micro-brews, IPAs, and other beers that have a taste. Only offering crappy, watered down lagers is very unsatisfactory. However, the cost of drinks was very affordable, so we did appreciate that (we drank scotch instead). Finally, it was unclear how to check out, so we had to trek back to the registration desk only to find out we didn't have to do that."

"Hello I stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel, on Riverside West, often. Excellent staff, and a very clean and well maintained property, inside and out. Ate at the River Room Restaurant, for Breakfast Buffet, and lunch. Exceptional quality, with a great view. Thanks Dominic"
