“We were upgraded from garden view to ocean view, and we were delighted. The sliding door in the room was broken, and could not be closed, so it was open about 3 feet wide. It was fixed in 2 days, but with the door open, we could hear the ocean and no bugs ever came into the room, so we left it open the whole time. Air conditioning was effective. They use only a single key card, which must be inserted in a holder in the room for power to turn on in the room. A single card made it difficult...
