Nous nous attendions à un village de vacances agréable. Nous avons senti la fin de saison. Notre logement était vraiment low-cost, les lattes du lit en bois dur, un lit double avec 2 matelas de différentes hauteurs, des insectes au plafond et au mur. Nous n'avions rien trouvé d'agréable à notre arrivée en ce mois d'octobre. Un baluchon à transporter depuis la réception avec notre literie. Déçu de notre réservation.

1er et dernier passage dans cet établissement

Un séjour fort décevant... Lorsqu'il n'y avait pas un problème (lattes du lit cassées, draps tachés ou déchirés, gel douche vide, bouillotte entartrée, chasse d'eau défectueuse et inadabtée, séchoir déformé...), l'état des équipements étaient décevant (VMC trop bruyante pour dormir, hotte hors d'âge, poêles avec manches défectueux, écritures sur les murs, table de jardin noircie,...). J'ajouterai avoir choisi une annonce non conforme à la prestation payée (Sauna, Jacuzzi, mini golf non disponible, voir plus proposé par la résidence). Enfin, un débat sur le ménage affiché "offert" sur le site jusqu'au 31/08 et confirmé par message avant l'arrivée qui ne est pas confirmé par l'équipe de réception. On bouclera le voyage par une discussion avec la Directrice de l'établissement fort polie mais d'une totale inaction pour résoudre le moindre problème... (si ce n'est confirmé que nous n'avions pas besoin de faire le ménage qui nous a été vendu inclus dans la prestation)

un village vacances au vert… pour autant on se doit être communiquant et aimable, le système de ménage pour 2 jours est tout simplement du grand n’importe quoi quand on voit la propreté des lieu. Piscine décevante bien plus petite que sur les photos et dans un état approximatif.

Séjour plaisant en famille dans le Tarn

Résidence de vacances située à proximité d'un golf, d'une petite base de loisirs sur le Tarn (baignade dans une piscine flottante, paddle, canoë, parcours gonflable) et d'un embarcadère en direction d'Albi. Possibilite de louer des bateaux. La piscine de la résidence a une profondeur uniforme de 1,60m. Cependant, l'espace "remise en forme" est fermé.

Un magnifiques séjour en plein compagne

Magnifique établissement, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour axé sur le repos, le calme et la sérénité. Au milieu fe la compagne, a côté d'un golf , vous êtes sûr de vous ressourcez. Jai particulièrement apprécier l'accueil du personnel, son empathie et sa gentillesse.

Site très bien localisé entre entre Gaillac et Albi, proche de nombreuses bastides albigeoises. Un très bon endroit pour visiter la région. Le personnel est adorable et réactif Appartement propre. Seul le WIFI pourrait fonctionner mieux
