As African-Americans who value kindness. respect and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel. We have been to Riyahd multiple times and have had week-long stays at this Four Points Sheraton. The hotel was fine. Rooms were huge and the beds were super comfortable. Not the nicest area of Riyadh, but everywhere is safe in Saudi. It was quite cheap but service wasn't great. Trying to get my company address on the invoice was too challenging.
