This property continues to decline year after year. The customer service is terrible. The only reason to stay in this resort is for the great staff and experience provided by the Infinity Divers Dive Shop and the convenience of being right at their boat doc. However after 4 stays here, I will not return due to the terrible service and the outdated rooms/appliances. Some examples of poor amenities and service:
- refrigerator water and ice (the only safe drinkable water in the room) broke every single day and we had to ask for repair man each time. One night it was 11pm and the needed water but didn’t want to wait for a repair late at night. When we asked for the front desk to send water, they told us that bottled water wasn’t free but they ‘could sell us some bottles’ !!!!
- face towels were always in short supply and usually unavailable
- beach towels are old, thin and small and each guest is only allowed ONE. Don’t bother asking for an add’l towel, they are guarded as if they are Crown Jewels
- upon check in we received a briefing about how much each item costs if we lose it. Towels or towel card $40us, room key $75us, bracelet $x. When I asked for an add’l room key the answer was a hard NO. I could purchase a second one or come to lobby in case I misplaced mine. Unbelievable
- ATM was broken and apparently was in that state for weeks
The list goes on and on.
