"I felt very welcome and loved the overall atmosphere. The food was delicious, the room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the area felt safe. Easy access to hiking trails just a few blocks away and downtown was walkable in under an hour (or uber was never more than a minute away). I would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay at the Villa Rosa again if I am back in Cape Town."

"Excellent location very close to the city as well as main attractions like Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch. Our host was extremely gracious and went out of his way to let us in after hours late at night after our flight was delayed and to answer our questions. The on site parking is very handy for our rental car and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. Would highly recommend this spot for 1-3 travelers looking to see the area! "

"That was a trip with my families, which include a baby, 6 nights staying. Truly Warm and nice host , Bianca posted me my baby cloths left in room to Jo'burg by PREPAID, appreciate that! Helpful local guides , and just let them know the requirements, it would be as free as home. Beautiful garden of course, spectacular mountain view. "On arrival in Cape Town after a long road trip from Port Elizabeth, we were greeted with a rather unfriendly comment about not being rugby fans as we arrived during the last five minutes of a rugby game.
