"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for a family wedding. The views were absolutely stunning, and the presence of the 16th-century building was truly magnificent and breathtaking. We also thoroughly enjoyed the VR experience offered by the hotel for €15—it was fantastic. The wedding itself was excellent, providing us with a truly special and memorable experience.However, the bathroom definitely needs maintenance and updating. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, the toilet flusher was broken, and there was no shower curtain. Since it only had a partial glass partition, water splashed everywhere while showering. Fortunately, the bathroom floor had a proper drainage system, so it didn't flood.Additionally, there weren't enough electrical outlets, making it difficult to charge our electronic devices. We stayed in the annex and had to walk along an unpaved path, which meant we had to carry our 50-pound bags completely off the ground to avoid the dirt.Overall, it is a place with immense historical charm and a great event venue, but the guest accommodations could use some updates."

"While the hotel may meet the very basic standards expected for accommodation, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The facilities and amenities provided felt extremely limited and lacked the level of comfort and attention one would reasonably expect for the price being charged. What stood out most was the apparent focus on generating additional revenue rather than prioritising genuine customer satisfaction and hospitality. Many aspects of the service felt transactional, with little effort made to ensure guests felt valued, welcomed, or properly looked after during their ( I was charged €2.50 for requesting an extra tea bag and also charged for bottle of water left in the fridge that is normally complementary). Overall, the experience did not reflect good value for money, and there appears to be significant room for improvement in both service quality and guest experience."

"Likes: We were able m the 6th floor and most of our 4 nights the other floors were full of coach parties and most of them were kids. Despite that, the room was quiet. Room was clean and was well kept every day by housekeeping. Mini fridge in the room. Dislikes: Minor, but a lack of electric sockets without having to in plug something else first. Again minor, When you first arrive (in the area around the Hotel) you think OMG look at the graffiti and the rubbish, but we found that it is a very nice friendly area and that most of the Rome suburbs look like this."
