"Very welcoming staff. If you are looking for a clean hotel for a one night stop over with family it fits the bill. Double mattresses in rooms very springy & not comfortable for two people. Although no pool you can use that savings to go to the Miete Hotsprings instead. Overall good bang for your buck."

"The place was great — very clean, well-maintained, and nicely looked after. The only downside was the breakfast, although it was probably more of a typical Canadian-style breakfast, which I’m just not used to. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the place."

"Jasper Gates was a really useful site for our visit to the Jasper area. The staff were really kind & helpful. There were lots of games & activities fir families. There was a great brewery next door serving lovely food & drinks. The Lodge was dated but clean & was great for us returning after a day of hiking."

"Arrived and the check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was amazing. We were placed on the second floor in the newly renovated rooms. They were clean and beds were so comfortable. My children used the pool, hot tub and slide. Amazingly clean. We will be staying there again next time we are in Hinton."
