Very basic hotel. Staff at check in was nice. Had dog so placed in a pet room. Indoor pool looked nice but didn’t use. Shower pressure was awful. Glad I stayed for only 8 hours and left early the next morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. However, the mini refrigerator was not clean, there was spilled soda in there. We didn’t eat the breakfast. It consisted of instant oatmeal, cereal, and milk, white bread for toast, sausage muffins that you would put in the microwave, and waffles that you could make. Also, there was a smoke detector that was chirping all night. All I can say is you get what you pay for and this is what we expected for the price we paid and would probably return.

I had a pleasant stay here. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, answering all my questions with a great attitude. While the hotel might be a bit older, it's clearly well kept. My room was clean and tidy, and I really don’t have any complaints. For the price, it was a very nice stay—I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Very close and easy access to 95. The property could use a face lift. The manager was very accommodating in changing our room because the phone and tv was not working. The hotel was quiet. The king bed mattress has seen better days but the pillows and bedding was comfortable.

Wait about 15 m-20 min for front desk person to come to desk. Had a sign that said be back in 5 min… 15-30 min later he arrives plus I don’t think your front desk should ever not have an attendant for safety. No elevator, mold on shower door as u walk into it. It was quiet, which was good

I am 67 yo female alone at this property and I felt secure and comfortable until...there was this man visitor being disruptive in the hallway and yelling violently to the female guest and I told him I would call the police. He called me a racist. Night clerk may have asked him to leave later, but I went back to my room and didn't hear him again. Otherwise, OK place.

Nice staff but filthy rooms

Check in was fine. The person at the counter was friendly. We had our family in 2 rooms. When my wife checked the beds in her room, the sheets on both beds were dirty. One with a brown stain and the other appeared like an oily stain. She told the front desk and they just gave her new sheets - no offer to have housekeeping change them or a room change. The shower in her room had an empty conditioner bottle on the wall with no shampoo. The carpet was so filthy that our 4 year old’s feet were black from walking around barefoot. My room wasn’t much better. The privacy latch was broken. The shower had pubic hairs on the wall and there was no shampoo or condition at all. The hallway reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke, which we reported to the front desk. They, again were very friendly and immediately said that they would take care of it, but by that point our experience was already ruined.

The first room (1 king bed) had a very overpowering musty/mildewy smell. We were moved to another room (2 queen beds) but it was just as bad. NO SAFETY LOCK on door. It was broken off. Door to adjoining room did not have working lock. Sink coming off the wall, no tub & walk in shower did not have a seal on door. Breakfast was disappointing. Waffles, cereal, grits or oatmeal are your choices. But there are plenty of fast food options close by. On a good note, young lady at front desk was very pleasant to work with.

handicap rooms available, except, that should mean walk/roll in shower, otherwise, what would be handicap about it? Front staff very pleasant. Room clean and comfy. Only critique would be breakfast had only sugary items, or carb laden. Diabetics would not be able to use this service. Neither would gluten free diets. Maybe some boiled eggs available would be nice. We did have a funny registration event...after being given our room assignment and keys, upon entering the room, we were greeted by occupants already there! Thank God they were dressed or not involved in some way. Front staff very upset this happened. We had a nice sleep anyway, so A-/B stay. I'd stay again.
