"I was unable to check in on my confirmed date, as this was on a Wednesday when the place is closed. I read the instructions in the booking that travellers must contact the property at least 24 hours before check in - which is 1 pm to 2.30 pm! I tried to contact a number I found on the website (not provided with booking) which reached an answer phone without an option to leave a message nor text. Pretty terrible situation after a long day of hiking in unfamiliar areas! Since I was unable to...

"Fabulous place to stay if you want something different. Large clean bedrooms & great breakfast. There was a wedding on when we arrived but they allowed us to stay & eat as nowhere else around had availability. Lovely to have the church next door & grounds to walk around. Highly recommend. Shop nearby for spirits & liqueurs that are made in the local distillery."

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr veraltet. Die Betten waren einigermaßen, die Bettwäsche fand ich schrecklich von der Qualität. Das Bad war nicht ganz so sauber und die Handtücher haben komisch gerochen. Daran sollte man was ändern."
