"I had a really nice stay at Hotel Gracery. It is a great four star option and overall a very comfortable place to be based in Seoul. The hotel felt well looked after and the room turnover was always done properly, which I really appreciated. I also liked the small thoughtful touches, like the eye patches and the bath salts, which made it feel a bit more special and relaxing after long days out. My room was on a higher floor and had a lovely view towards Gwanghwamun Square and the road leading up to it, which I genuinely enjoyed. The reception team were kind and welcoming throughout my stay, and the hotel itself is in a very convenient location. It is well positioned with good transport links and close to most places I wanted to visit, which made getting around very easy. The only downside, and the reason I am giving four stars instead of five, is that the level of English spoken by the staff was not always strong enough. There were a couple of moments where I did not get the answers I was looking for, which was a bit frustrating. For a hotel in such a central and tourist heavy area, I would expect a higher level of English at reception. There was also an occasional unpleasant smell in the bathroom, although I understand this can happen in Seoul due to older piping in some buildings. Overall, it was a cool and convenient place to stay, and I would still recommend it."

"**Excellent location and delicious breakfast, though the beds are quite firm** We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Park Hotel. The location is unbeatable—it's directly across from the Lotte Department Store and just steps away from Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, and the underground shopping mall. Access to subway lines #1 and #2 was also incredibly convenient. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Not only was there a great variety, but every dish was actually delicious. They changed the menu daily so the food never became repetitive, and the quality was impressive. The facilities overall were good, though the mattress was quite hard. While it was a bit uncomfortable for me, I know some people prefer a firm bed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location. The second floor allows you direct access to Seoullo 7017 which is the designated pedestrian walkway. Head to Seoul Plaza and Pascucci for a wonderful Italian themed brunch spot. Rooms are very big. Fridge in the room. And free bottled water every day. Very close to Namdaemun Market. When you get your bearings you realize you don’t need to walk along Seoullo 7017 to Seoul Station. You can take the escalator down to Exit 7 or 8 and access it that way. Myeong-Dong is a walk but worth doing. Takes about 20mins. "

"Ok 7 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice, and everything was very clean. It’s also in a good location with a lot of attractions nearby. However, the room and hallways were pretty worn and the hotel is generally in need of refurbishment. The rooms are also very hot and they won’t or can’t turn on the air conditioning properly so instead they give you a room fan. I would definitely not recommend staying here in summer. The gym is small with limited equipment, but probably similar to other hotels of this size."
