The guy at the front desk, didn't even check names or confirmation number.. kept saying us bring him an official thing in English.. after making a call to Hotels.com service center and they called to the hotel and thing solved in a sec. Making a mistake is okay, maybe he didn't see the email but please be nice to the customer at least. We were very tired arriving at the hotel late, and stood at the front for 20 mins or so. “Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. Comunque se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo senz'altro. Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale sempre gentilissimo ”
