"Rented the penthouse and it was an absolutely amazing stay without any exaggeration. Lots of room, equipped kitchen, huge tv, hot tub, amazing view overlooking old town. Location was also great, free parking. And the pizza from the restaurant was also great. Could not ask for more!"

The entrance is on the busy walking street which made it easy to get to everything, but once inside it’s very private. Dominik was extremely helpful and welcoming. "There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful. The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area. "

"We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

"Taxi ride distance to Rovinj, but close to a local restaurant called Dario’s. Nice range of food particularly seafood. But the pizza was the best I’ve ever eaten. Our Nepalese guys who looked after us were only the best. Damen and Gopal"
