This was a great place but what made it extra memorable was the staff. Ruby was the best and absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!

This was a lovely, quiet place to stay on the island with a family with lots of easy amenities. The price for families from the US will feel super cheap even if you eat room service, poolside etc throughout your stay. The spa massages are great and really cheap (like $70 with a tip for a great 90 minute massage so def check it out!) The offsite water sports are very overpriced onsite though so head into town in a tuk tuk and arrange with an agency.

First things first, the location of the hotel was perfect; close to food, d’mall, the beach, transportation, shops and specialty dining & medical clinics if need be. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm, welcoming and helpful. Our room was newly renovated and clean, housekeeping attended on a regular basis to ensure that our room was clean with all necessary amenities. The daily provided breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The Tangerine restaurant created some fabulously tasting dishes when ordered (outside breakfast). The cons of this hotel were as follows: upon our arrival we were notified straight away that there were ongoing construction projects happening throughout the hotel. This was very apparent as the hotel was beginning to show its age, with some of its infrastructure in need of repair or updating. The noise became annoying after some time. I know this was totally beyond the staff’s control, but it still took away from the overall experience. I rated it a four star but it more accurately ought to rate as a 3.5. We would return again but not until we were assured that the renovations were completed.
