I’d stay here again for sure.

Interesting place. Not a typical hotel but more like a Airbnb but not exactly. Nice location and neighborhood, safe, clean and the only real issue was getting in on day one as no one there to get me in. But Room 1 has a nice balcony.

Great Location. Near shops, cafes, banks and many of the historical sites. A sort of B&B that is run very well. If you are arriving late they make it easy to access by messaging on WhatsApp how to enter the building. There is a lift. Housekeeper was the best.

Very clean, modern and ideal for city break accommodation. No staff on site check in and out done over WhatsApp which makes it difficult if you have questions, and generally how to get in and out of the building. The door handle on our door was missing so we struggled shutting the door everytime we left without having to slam it shut.

Very good!

Perfect location, nice staff who responded quickly. Everything went super smooth from the check in to the check out. The door to our bathroom was not able to close and when we checked in there was a stain on the cover (looked like a stain from tomato sauce that didn’t go away in the wash), the drain was also clogged. We didn’t say anything because we don’t care too much but it’s definitely worth fixing!

Decepção. Pelo valor, esperávamos mais e melhor.

A localização é excelente. Em sete dias, as toalhas foram trocadas somente uma vez, porque solicitei duas vezes. O quarto não foi varrido nenhum dia. Muita poeira branca. Apenas as camas foram feitas. O banheiro não foi lavado nenhum dia. Barulho do quarto ao lado durante a noite toda. O atendente só respondeu as mensagens no primeiro e no último dia. Chegamos a pia do banheiro estava entupida, a porta com defeito, dois travesseiros com fronha e outros dois sem fronha. Preço caro e a entrega não corresponde.

Checking time 2 pm. We were there around noon. No hotel. No main entrance. It was a bulding with multiple business office. It had jus a little sign written as hotel, phone number and website. I callwd them twice. Only messages. The website was off. I had to book another hotel because I was exausted due to a ling trip and hot weather. Can you imagine?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK. SCAMMERS.

Ho prenotato una camera tripla (fue adulti e un bambino) e ho fatto anche check in on line. Ho trovato una stanza doppia senza letto bambino e, nonostante richieste via Whatsapp (senza possibilità di parlare direttamente con qualcuno), nessuno è venuto a sistemare la stanza. Dopo varie insistenze, ci è stato dato permesso di prendere lenzuola pulite da un'altra stanza e di preparare da noi il letto del bambino. Pessima qualità!

This is not a hotel, no managment or person to contact when you arrive. We had the worst experience in all out travels around Europe. The lock in the room did not work, it felt down completely to a point we were locked inside the room until another guest hear our help call to get us out. NO MANAGMENT came to help us, so we had to sleep with the door open with fear that next morning we could get trap inside again.

Walkable room in ok location

Relatively easy check in. At first it was confusing but then made sense. We never encountered a single person from the place to interact with. I did text a question and was slow to get a response. Room was a good location, right off the river. A little noisy but not too bad.

It’s not terrible but it’s not luxury either - the luxury word gives you a higher sense of expectations. If you go in with little to no assumptions that are tied to that word you will think it’s ok. The set up is different and the communication could be better but once you get over that hurdle it was fine. They were able to work with me on a late checkin - once contact was made it was great just that beginning part was rough. If you want services and catering then it’s not for you. If you want a good location fairly updated rooms with working A/C and WiFi - then you will be ok with it. If you want more then don’t book it. I found the cleanliness fine but that’s different for everyone. The owner does need catch up on some decorative maintenance to keep the pictures on line matching and they seemed to have listen to feedback about soap and some minor toiletries. Would I stay here again 50/50 depending on pricing.

Check in was a little confusing and u certain as we never got a response from the hotel. After using their portal to register and input data we was left u certain. The key is make sure to use WhatsApp and message them when u get there. Once we made contact checking in was fine. The ac was not working when we arrived but they addressed it. The faculty is ok and there is wifi. There are no amenities so being your our snacks water coffee etc. the location was great as it’s kinda in the middle of everything. Rome has food everywhere so it’s easy to find breakfast lunch and dinner. 3 of 5

I must write a review about this property for others to be aware. Connection with the proprietor was easy and the check in process was through texting. However when we arrived an unknown source buzzed us into the bed and breakfast. We followed stairs up to the Capital Hotel section and went through an unlock door. Our room keys were labeled with the given room number on a post it note at what appeared the front desk. When we entered our room, it was clean. That was it! We booked a three bed room. There was only a sheet on two of the beds. One had a sheet and duvet.The beds were NOT pillow topped as described on Expedia. They were hard and uncomfortable. The beds were cramped in a limited space, one being up next to a wall dresser making it a useless piece to store anything. There was no coffee station in the room. In the hallway we discovered a kitchen with multiple coffee machines and no cups or coffee provided. Therefore this property should not be listed as a bed or breakfast location. The Capital Luxury Rivers was far from being considered a luxury hotel, more like a hostel style place. No view of the river either. Very disappointing for the cost. We never saw or spoke to anyone which gave the location an unsafe and undesirable feeling, creepy! The place was open to anyone with multiple keys on post it notes for anyone to enter and use. The next day we had no communication with the proprietor until a text came demanding payment. Very sketchy vibe!

More like an Airbnb and not a hotel

It reminds me more of an Airbnb, as there is no actual people at a reception desk awaiting for you. However the hostess is very friendly and responsive at check in and with any issues that may arise throughout the booking. Location is close to attractions and restaurants. Unit was nicely tidied up on a daily basis. Lastly as other people have mentioned, it would be nice to have a couple of water bottles or even cups readily available for guests as they arrive.

O quarto é extremamente confortável, a cama king e travesseiros muito bons e o banheiro /chuveiro excelentes. Já as amenidades de toalete, muito ruins. A fechadura de entrada do nosso quarto estava quebrada ao chegarmos, a pessoa que nos recebeu, que não se apresentou de maneira adequada de forma que não sabemos nem o nome dela, nos deixou esperando por um chaveiro das 18:04 até 19:40, estávamos com fome e sede e não podíamos sair esperando esse chaveiro. Depois que o chaveiro chegou, tentou consertar por cerca de mais 2h, sem sucesso e derrepente foi embora, dizendo que voltava no dia seguinte, saiu e não voltou mais, notem que a recepcionista já havia nos abandonado. Ficamos 2 dias nesse apartamento com a porta destrancada, somente encostada, correndo risco com nossa bagagem. NÃO RECOMENDO!

Localização Perfeita

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, perto dos principais pontos de Roma. Dar para fazer quase tudo andando. Quarto amplo, confortável. Não tem recepção e algumas vezes tivemos dificuldade com a porta de entrada.
