"We stayed in the Warren, designed to accommodate 6 people. We had three adults and one 13 year old in the room.
Pros:
Room was clean, beds were comfortable, the room was very quiet (we did not hear our neighbors at all except when passing their room in the hallway).
The location is great - quiet quaint neighborhood and a short walk to a tube station (Earl’s court)
Cons:
No lobby, they charge 10 pounds to store your bag if you fly in in the morning before your room is ready.
No chair in the room and the bunk beds are too low to comfortably sit on.
No flat surfaces to set anything on in the shower, in the bathroom area, and in the room itself.
Translucent door by the toilet and shower seems like a poor choice for a room designed to accommodate so many.
One of the bunk bed frames was terribly squeaky.
No wash cloths were provided initially or when our room was refreshed. We could not figure out how to request them on the website."
