"I hated my stay, first night I saw a roach. It was very noisy and room service will wake you up every day even if you have a sign on the door that says do not disturb. The place smelled like cigarettes. "

I was on my way to a funeral and was told that unless I was out of my room by Noon, housekeeping would gather my things and store them. I had to return to your facility, pack and fly across town to the funeral parlor. Your staff made a very stressful situation even worse."

"Rooms are nice, staff are super friendly. Just that there is no walking trail or a store around within walkable distance, especially options for dinning. The hotel has no shuttle or any other easier options to go grab a quick meal from outside."

Brianna ( i believe was her name) assisted me with ensuring my best friend was able to access the room in case I was not on property. They checked in regularly regarding the room and any additional needs that they .ay be able to assist with. All around great experience "
