"Great hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. No noise and we were facing the street. Nice and centrally situated. Easy walk to Albert Dock and the Central bars and restaurants. Will definitely book again."

"Excellent hotel for a city break. Rooms are huge and well appointed. Nice to be able to sit by the water and have a drink of their private terrace. The spa was a lovely addition and affordable at an additional £20 per person per day. It is in the docklands so walkable to that area but a bit farther into town. Taxis are affordable so we didn't mind at all."
