Decepcionante

Decepcionante, el hotel está viejo y estropeado. Lo único que merece la pena son los toboganes y el personal también muy amable. La comida del bufet también está rica. La habitación está rota, deteriorada y vieja. Los muebles rotos y anticuados. El sofá cama destrozado. La nevera y la caja fuerte de los años 50. Las piscinas sucias y masificadas. La taza del water picada. Óxido en bañera. Las cortinas sucísimas. Las sillas de la terraza desgastadas. La alfombra del pasillo intocable. El comedor masificado y anticuado. El gimnasio es como una sauna con las máquinas rotas. Mejor cerrarlo si no quieren que haya un accidente. El SPA aunque es de pago, está muy bien. El hotel NO merece las 4 estrellas, no se corresponde calidad-precio. El ambiente hortera y sin clase.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en el hotel y los niños han disfrutado muchísimo en la zona de los toboganes. El buffet no es muy amplio y variado, pero la comida es excelente. Las niñas no han parado de comer tortitas y brochetas en la fuente de chocolate .

Buen hotel mal gestionado en zonas comunes.

Buen hotel para veranear con niños. Magníficas zonas de piscinas con toboganes para mayores y niños pequeños. Muy buen buffet de desayuno (desconozco comidas y cenas porque no las he usado). La limpieza es muy buena. Alrededores del hotel muy buenos (playa, tiendas, hostelería, entretenimiento...) Lo peor: - No dispone de parking suficiente para temporada alta y los alrededores están colapsados para encontrar aparcamiento. - Las normas de uso de zonas comunes están escritas claramente (horario de acceso a piscinas, prohibición de "reservar" hamacas con toallas, lanzarse a las piscinas sin usar las escaleras, jugar agresivamente con balones en zonas de niños pequeños...) pero la política del hotel es que sean los clientes los que se peleen entre ellos por las actuaciones incívicas de una gran mayoría, ya que no tiene a ningún trabajador velando porque esas normas se cumplan. El resultado es el normal en estos casos. Los clientes que cumplen las normas no tienen posibilidad de usar ciertos servicios porque los incívicos (gran mayoría) campan a sus anchas sin que nadie del hotel les llame la atención. Para volver a reservar habrá que tener en cuenta qué pesa más en la memoria, si lo desagradable de haber pagado 800 euros por 3 noches y no poder usar muchos servicios porque se apoderan del hotel los maleducados, o los buenos recuerdos de la zona.
