Las condiciones generales no fueron muy buenas. Había algunas cucarachas (vivas) dentro de la alacena, donde estaba la cafetera y tostadora. La ducha mala, salía como una manguera, y el agua caliente dura poco. La puerta del baño de adentro toda rota la madera. La cama cómoda, pero las sábanas estaban como viejas, y algunas manchas. Todas cosas que se pueden resolver con mayor atención, mantenimiento y una buena limpieza. La ubicación es buena. El desayuno también bien.
