โFrom the friendly staff to the spotless rooms, everything here exceeded expectations. Super central location, walking distance to Old Tbilisi. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast each morning was the highlightโabsolutely delicious and beautifully served. Enjoyed the terrace and that strong, great black coffee. A perfect 10/10 stay.โ

But service of rooms hotel in Tbilisi was very bad.
1. I asked to send 2 towels and 2 bottle of water to my room. But this never served. (22nd, Dec, around 5:30pm)
2. When I had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant, the waiter was unfriendly in general (except the restaurant front lady manager). Even the staff who checked out my bill, he left my receipt without looking at my table. So I received the receipt on...
