We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.

The room was OK, definitely not the room on the picture. Air conditioner needs cleaning. I’m assuming that we get the mildew moldy odor. Other than that as well kept nice and clean.
