This is a very nice hotel. Not super luxury but providing everything that one could reasonably want. The dining room was very good - offering both dinner and breakfast buffets of good quality and varied food that would appeal to all tastes. The bar service was poor. The spa was extremely good

!מלון בוטיק ומסעדת חוויה גסטרונומית זה לא, מאכזב

המצעים היו לא נקיים, ביקשנו להחליפם- תחילה זה לווה בתירוץ שהשערות נשארות מהכביסה או שזה מגיע מהכיסוי של המיטה אבל לא היה ברור איך הגיעו לכריות או לסדין לבסוף המצעים הוחלפו. היתרון שאין שטיחים בחדר לא בא לידי ביטוי ועל הרצפה היו גרביים של אורח קודם, למרות שציינתי בפני החדרנית שהחליפה את המצעים הגרביים למחרת היום היו על השידה שלנו.הראנו לה שבמקלחת הכיור לא נקי, שערות ואבק על קופסאת המתכת של הטישו וגם זה נותר כך. למחרת הגענו בשעות אחהצ 15:30 לבריכה כבר לא נותרו מגבות ונתנו לנו מהספא מגבות פנים דקות שאינן סופגות.המציל היה ידידותי ונעים וניסה להסביר באלגנטיות. וזאת למרות שהמלון לא היה בתפוסה מלאה. ביקשנו לשוחח עם מנהל משמרת רק כדי לשתף באיך אפשר לשפר.אמרו לנו שהוא הלך ויחזור לשוחח איתנו למחרת היום-זה לא קרה. מסעדת המלון משווקת באתר המלון כחוויה גסטרונומית יחודית ורחוקה מכך,התוספות למנה העיקרית לא היו חמות, הדג יבש מאוד, העופיונים בסויה ברמת מליחות קיצונית.ארוחת הבוקר טעימה ועשירה והקינוחים והלחמים גם בשעות הערב מעולים. המלון יפה אבל נראה כי חסרה יד מנהלת או ניהול עם ניסיון מקצועי. רמת הניקיון נמוכה(רצפת מעלית, הכסאות והשולחנות בבריכה,מעקה המרפסת- תלינו את בגדי הים ולא היה ניתן להשתמש בהם שוב מהבוץ,מים עומדים בקומקום בחדר) אני לא אצרף תמונות כדי לא להביך את הצוות. חשוב שהנהלת המלון תקרא ותשפר לקוח מרוצה הוא לקוח שבוי וחוזר-כזו אני.

בסדר אבל לא 2000ש״ח ללילה בסדר

המלון ממוקם ליד הכביש באזור הקניונים ולא באזור ההיסטורי של ראש פינה. מה שרואים בכל תמונה - הבריכה וחדרים מסביב - הוא הוא בית המלון. החדר היה קטן למדי אבל נקי. הסאונה הרטובה לא עבדה באותו יום והיבשה לא הייתה חמה. הג׳קוזי נעים אבל המים שבו פושרים. הבריכה הייתה קרירה ונעימה בחום הכבד. האוכל היה בסדר אבל לא רמה גבוהה - גם ארוחת ערב הוגשה כבופה - בהתאם הבשרים התייבשו וכיוצא מזה. משום מה הבר ליד הבריכה הייתה סגורה בשעתיים לפני ארוחת ערב - חוץ משתיה קרה פשוטה. אי אפשר היה להזמין קוקטייל לפני ארוחת ערב - כנראה רק אחרי 21:00 ומתישהו במהלך היום (לא היה ברור ולא היה שילוט). הוצאתי כאלפיים ש״ח על לילה אחד (כולל טיפול אחד של 50 דקות בספא) - ותחושתי הייתה שלמרות שהיה בסדר - עבר סכום כזה, היה צריך להיות ברמה אחרת מכל הבחינות.

Highly overpriced

The hotel as positioned itself- in terms of price it has demanded- as one of the finest hotels in the Galilee region-which made us expect exactly that. It turned out to be much inferior to them. It is located in the entrance to Rosh pina, not high enough or close enough to the touristic center. Rooms are medium sized, old fashioned, with relatively small windows. Bathroom was old fashion and small. Breakast and dinner was not bad- but certainly not special and not comparable to that served in hotels of similar price levels. The (extremely small) swimming pool was suppossed to open at 7:30 AM each morning. And yet, my plan to start my day with an early half our swim, the pool remained close. The reason given was that... the life guard failed to show up. Naturally I could not spoil our group plans for the day by waiting for him to arrive... One day later, our group wanted to joined the Pilates lesson promised for the morning. Again something happened... We got some explanation, but does it make any difference? It was not horrible, but the fact that it was overpriced- about 40 percent over what it was really worth- made my wife and me frustrated throughout our stay.
