โI booked this stay using hotels.com and got a confirmation number. When I had to call this particular property to let them know that I was running late and wanted to make sure that the room is still held by the time I went, the customer service automated response system asked for confirmation number. The number I got from hotels.com is different from what they expect and hence I had to send a person to make sure that the room is held.
This kind of an experience which disabled people to reach...
