Regular guests. Rooms are always beautiful and clean. Great location to make a day at Great Keppel Island travelling Keppel Konnections ferry from the Waterline.

The room I stayed in, the courtyard was covered in dirt and leaves, I checked in at 4.30pm. There was no information on how to connect to the wifi. There was no parking available. The designated smoking area was the BBQ area where people are preparing food.

Great stay with an amazing view!
We had a great stay! The room was cool and very clean upon our arrival. The ocean view was stunning! We needed to get in contact with staff after hours and got help almost immediately - even though the reception was closed since over an hour back. An amazing stay that exceeded our expectations!

The pool was small for the size if the complex. As a middle age person was not comfortable utilising the pool when it was full ALL day with a very large number of children.

Lovely place to stay, clean, great ammenities, very nice and helpful staff. Little disappointed that for the price we paid, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, it wasn’t a rainfall shower as advertised and the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast on a Saturday morning as advertised. Little things, but all in all, would still recommend it.

Stayed for a night after a day trip to the Great Keppel Island. Great location, so I didn't have to drive after the long day. The heated pool is amazing in this cool weather.

A pleasant room with a little courtyard.
It was a nice room. I was pleasantly surprised. The bin in the kitchen had not been emptied though. It had quite a lot of rubbish in it.

Rooms are excellent and roomy, restaurant is fabulous and very convenient to the ferry to the islands. We would definitely stay there again. Overlooking the water is always special. :)

Noise Noise Noise
Resort is clean & tidy, but a bit dated and could do with a refit, modernisation, and better staff attitude. Bathroom is very small and Kitchette very basic. Don't plan to do much cooking here, just toasting and microwave. Two issues particularly disappointed us; an abrupt manager and noise. There's actually a sign in the room requesting guests keep noise down, but we had two nights listening to very loud doof doof 'music' blaring from the back of the adjoining restaurant. If you want a peaceful evening, look elsewhere.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Rosslyn Bay Resort. The studio room was a nice size with everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. Staff were amazing.
