โHotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious.
On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop!
Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.โ
โI really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesnโt have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable.โ
โI really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive at all times. Breakfast great lots of choices. Dinner was excellent served ver hot . All the meals i had were very tasty and of good quality. The icream portion served with the chocolate was a bit on the small side. It needed to be a full scoop minimum .โ
โStayed in a room with two double beds. Very comfortable. Lovely duvet and pillows. Didnโt use the restaurant or bar on this occasion. Would stay here again โ

โReception staff friendly, attentive and courteous. The same must be said of others staying at the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. โ
โConvenient to our location. Breakfast could have been different each morning. I asked for a vegetable omelette and got a plain cheese omelette on my last morning. Spa and pool could have longer opening times and more flexibility for people who are out early and get back later and would love to have a spa or a swim and CANT. we werenโt given any dressing gowns in our wardrobe. Not enough clothes hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people โ

A little noisy at night from the bar downstairs but not much of an inconvenience reallyโ
โThe staff whilst professional were very welcoming and friendly. The bar was extremely welcoming with a warm ambience and nice atmosphere. Breakfast served traditionally as opposed to the normal in most hotels - buffet style. So convenient for train station, theatres and social venues. Highly recommend.โ
