“Comfortable and clean, no bells or whistles but the price was great.”

“Room & furnishings were dated. There was sun-wear on the heavier window shade causing pin sized holes in it. Carpet was so dated it didn’t look clean. I wouldn’t walk on it barefooted.”

“We stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend while visiting St. Ignace and Mackinac Island. Considering the holiday, the price was reasonable. The staff was the highlight of our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and waited for us when we arrived around 2 a.m. Communication through the Expedia app was excellent since the room phone wasn't connected. “The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hot tub was not very hot. Breakfast was great, but area was not large enough to accommodate all the people eating.”

“The housekeeping staff at the hotel is great! Even though we just stayed only 2 nights the staff made sure she changed the toiletries and clean the room and made the bed for us even though we did not explicitly ask for it. The hotel was clean, staff is very friendly and the indoor waterpark and arcade gaming area were great additions for the kids and adults both! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here if i travel to Mackinaw city again!”

“Everything is great at the Kewadin St. Ignace with the exception of the beds. The beds are extremely hard, which not everyone can sleep on comfortably.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The room gave us the perfect opportunity to have front row access to the beach. Sunsets were beautiful- sunrises were even better. Staff was kind, rooms were clean, everything worked how it was supposed too! The only recommendation I would have was to pull the weeds out back from the beach- lots of pickers out there - other then that- I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay there again!!”

“The staff was friendly and the room was quiet and clean. The air conditioning worked well. The shower pressure wasn't very good. We weren't fans of the religious themes throughout the hotel. The television options were terrible - many hotels are switching to Roku or Amazon TV systems so guests can stream via their own accounts; this would be a major improvement.”

“When I made the reservation, I indicated that I had 5 people in my party and selected a room that said it slept 5 people. When we arrived, I was given a room that slept 4 people and was told I had to pay an additional $50 to accommodate the 5th person. The staff at the front desk was rude, condescending, and even said that I must be a “bad mother” for thinking that a room with 2 beds could sleep 5 people (apparently, that staff member was unaware of the existence of sofa beds, which reputable...
