I called to confirm connecting rooms a week and a half before check in to be told they would do their best. Still uncomfortable, I called the day before check in. She saw my booking was incorrect and corrected it.”
“Nice hotel, the only thing that is odd about these hotels is the hotel bar, which opens at 5 PM and closes at 10pm. These hours are not particularly convenient for travelers. It would have been nice to have the bar stay open later into the evening.

“This seems to be a new property - everything is clean and nice. Desk staff were very friendly. It was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood close to a Baylor Scott and White Clinic. It's also very close to our son's new home which is a bonus for us! Wide variety of breakfast items - cheese omelets, breakfast meat (sausage or ham), breads, cereals, yogurt and mix-ins, waffles, etc. We'll definitely stay here again.”
