โWe decided on a quick trip to Austin. We did not want to stay directly in Austin. After a short search we found The Ruby. It looked fun. We booked for 2 nights. It was lovely. Quirky, and cozy. Would have loved to stay longer but we had to get homeโ
โThe most excellent breakfast, shout out to the amazing cook-Ms.Franciscaโฆsweetest lady ever! It meant a lot to have her checking up on my 5 year old to see how he rated the food, which needless to say, he gave it a 2 thumps up! Cleanliness and comfort were 10/10!โ
โOur stay was great comfort and clean. We were assigned a handicap room. The only problem we had was water pressure in the shower. Great location easy access to main roads. โ
โThe staff was always professional, cheerful and willing to help in any way they could.
The breakfast items were always fresh and the selection varied day to day. The coffee was always available, fresh and hot.
There was a large grass area for dogs around back with easy access through any one of three doors. At each door was a plastic bag holder in case you forgot your own.
I liked the place so much I extended my stay and it was no problem for the staff. Thank you!โ
โCustomer service was amazing shey is amazing....but my TV was busted and fridge did not work and I got there around 930 by the time I got settled in and showered the front was closed didn't know to push 0 โ
