I had to call at 3:30 in the morning, a place with 24 hour service 4 times. I had to call the police to get assistance back into my room. I also wasn't given my parking pass to park by the strand, which was included and confirmed a couple of times via email, to which I got a 63 dollar parking ticket from the city of hermosa. "
