"A gem of a hotel —elegant, comfortable rooms with glorious ocean views. The breakfast are huge and delicious. But what makes the hotel are the staff members . I’ve never been at a hotel were the staff felt like friends who joked with us and cheerfully anticipated our every need. Loved every minute of our stay. Very convenient for wine tram kiosk as only about 5 min walk away. Will definitely be returning."

"I Stayed 5 nights. It is a Guest House is a Residential Neighborhood of Constantia. Very close to wineries, shopping and other points of interest. Wonderful Garden and Pool area. Hosts and Staff were very helpful. Off-street gated parking was secure. Felt safe. My room was self-catering with a well equipped kitchenette. Would stay again."

"The hotel itself is great but the room service staff was comically bad. Orders would take longer than one hour to arrive, items were ALWAYS missing. One time they called us at 1:30am to confirm our breakfast order (waking us up!) and then still got the order wrong 😂 really odd in a 5 star hotel. "
