โWe stayed overnight while in route to a conference. The building was historical and very inviting. The grounds were beautifully scattered with flowers and greenery and very relaxing. The suite style bedroom was cozy, had an old New England Colonial charm and was a delightfully unexpected surprise! The on-site restaurant & tavern was a pleasing step back in time. โA refurbished old Vermont home with a beautiful view of the Connecticut river. The young couple who own the home were delightful and very attentive. It was comfortable and very unique. I would certainly stay here again.โ
โHotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.โ
โThis is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable. The only thing I thought a bit lacking was a table. I used the ironing board as a dining table which worked...
