"A lovely studio apartment in the centre, within walking distance of all the amenities. Well equipped and comfortable- even Netflix! We found the check-in process clunky and unhelpful - there is no reception and no duty staff, all is digital and if the booking reference is wrong as in our case, or in the case of another guest who had a different credit card with him - you are stuck waiting for a response to messages. So a stressful arrival but a very nice stay. "

"The hotel was nice in general and staff was welcoming at check in. The issue I had was my room was never cleaned in 4 nights. I saw the cleaning staff twice and I’m not sure why they never made it to my room as I was out early 3/4 nights there. I had to get extra towels from the pool. There was also food plates left in the hall from others for a good 24 hrs. The bartender at the restaurant was really nice and accommodating. All in all, it was okay but definitely not the best. The extra $34/ day in parking stunk so I think that should be advertised when booking."
