"Excellent location Room good but a little stuffy at night without a window or balcony, not sure airconditioning was working effectively Fantastic buffet breakfast and staff very helpful Not sure why the new 'self help' check in and no staff around to help if needed, seems a bit inpersonal"

"Modern well equiped hotel. Staff are outstanding. Breakfast was amazing, so much variety and continuously topped up with freshly cooked food. Very happy with our stay. Only downside is the google tv's need attention, Compared to other hotels the login to your own steaming services is poor, clunky and continuously drops out."

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to Circular Quay, The Rocks, Opera House and shopping. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The bed and room were lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing as the staff were not very attentive except for 1 woman. The food variety was good, however the hot food wasn’t hot and the boiling water was cool. My husband asked for some cutlery and it wasn’t bought to him. The tables weren’t cleared. Overall it was a lovely few days away."

"Very well located for everything Sydney has to offer. Short walk to circular quay. Breakfast was always good and well stocked. One of the better buffet breakfasts we have had in our trip. Staff were always helpful. Hotel was quiet, though on one night there was a bar opposite playing loud music. But it wasn’t too late. Would definitely return to this hotel."
