"We stayed here for four nights during our stay in Amman. Check in was easy and fast. As an Expedia gold member we got a nice free upgrade to a junior suite. Location is good, with easy access to the main tourist attractions and main roads, but that comes with the drawback of too much noise 24/7. Room was soundproofed but you could hear the noise all night (low noise though). Room was big, with a nice living room. Bedroom was good size, bed was comfortable but pillow was not the best: too hard and thick. They should offer a feather one as an option. There was no air conditioning, just heater, which made the room a bit discomfort over night since we had to close all windows due to the noise from the traffic outside. Breakfast was great, several options of hot and cold food. They also cook to order eggs, Arabic bread, pizza and pancakes. The freshly prepared bread was delicious. We had room service once and lunch at the main restaurant too, and food was tasty and fresh, portions were big. Staff were all very kind and polite! Big shout out to everyone, from the receptionist, to the cleaner, to the waiter. Everyone was awesome and made our stay adorable. The hotel also offers a free gym and a spa with fair prices. Pool was closed for the winter. Overall we had a great time here."
