Beautiful hotel & grounds. Warm welcome when checking in & very fast efficient pleasant checking out. Rooms very clean & excellent maintenance service. Our only criticism, sadly was the running of the restaurant. We found it lacked atmosphere, & the breakfast service was very poor. We waited 30 minutes to ask what hot drinks we would like. The food was good but the service is poor

Just had a lovely stay at Mallory Court. The hotel is gorgeous, we loved being able to have a drink and food in the patio area looking at the distant views. Our room was very well equipped, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The spa area is just fabulous and I had a very relaxing massage. Overall a great place and we will be back.

Mallory Court is a lovely building with pleasant gardens. The spa room suites are lovely. The staff are lovely but very overworked. They could do with more staff in the restaurant & to serve drinks

A beautiful country hotel in a good location with parking. The room was spacious and there is an espresso machine along with fresh milk and complimentary drinks. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

Reception staff were professional and friendly. The room was big and clean though a bit dated. We were interrupted a couple of times in the morning but housekeeping wanting to come in. We couldn't find a 'do not disturb' sign for the door, if there is on in the room it needs to be somewhere more noticeable (like on the door!). Breakfast was ok though we would have expected more for the price. Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. The communal area by the bar is small. The pool was nice however the changing rooms needed a good clean and we were surprised by the 1 hour limited especially since we were the only people in the pool. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, we just had higher expectations for the amount of money charged.
