This property was advertised as a non smoking facility. Our room had clearly been smoked in frequently - very frustrating when you have allergies and look for smoke free facilities.

Ich war bereits mehrfach in der Burg Waldenstein zu Gast und komme sicherlich wieder! Ein tolles Ambiente und ein sehr freundlicher Inhaber! Tolle Zimmer mit einen phänomenalen Ausblick vom Burghof!

Die Zimmer sind in renovierten Fachwerkhäusern. Entsprechend muss man sich den Gegebenheiten anpassen, steile Treppe, Stehbalken im Bad usw. Grosse Sonnen-Terrasse mit Blick in Tal. Gutes Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, gutes WLAN, alles ok.

Sehr charmante Burg, extreme Ruhe in der Nacht, super freundlicher "Burgherr", leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück! - Knifflige Anfahrt, in unserem Zimmer keine ebenerdige Duschtasse, Wasser läuft in der Wanne schlecht ab, Treppe zu den oberen Zimmern steil und schmal... Trotzdem vollauf zufrieden und wir werden es weitersagen!

Die Lage Spitzenklasse für Leute die es etwas ruhiger mögen. Tolle Aussicht. Schönes Gebäude. Frühstück etwas kleiner, aber super.

Wer totale Ruhe haben will ist hier richtig
Altes Schlosshotel. Wer seine Ruhe haben will ist hier gut aufgehoben. Es is nichts aber auch gar nichts um das Hotel herum. Kein Restaurant, keine Bar.. Am Anfang hat man mir das falsche Zimmer gegeben. War normales DZ, gebucht hatte ich Suite. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde Zimmer getauscht. Suite war sehr schön, komplett alled neu, auch Bad sehr gut. Frühstück war ok aber um 8 Uhr war noch nichts richtig vorbereitet. Rührei fehlte, keine Gabeln an der Wurst, Käse etc

Paikan näkymä on hieno. Jos on täynnä, niin yhteis wc on vähän hankala. Kannattaa tarkistaa onko ravintola auki. Lähimpään kylään on kutenkin vähän matkaa. Paikka on kuitenkin hieno!

Sauberes Hotel mit Burg-Ambiente. Etwas Abseits, aber stimmungsvolle Location. Geheimtipp für Veranstaltungen. Economy-Zimmer mit Bad im Flur, Zimmerklassen darüber inkl. Bad. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Schade: Der Restaurantbetrieb ist, außer zu Veranstaltungen, geschlossen.

Angenehme Unterkunft zu fairem Preis
Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits. Die Unterkunft ist einfach (Standard), ist aber im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zuvorkommender, sehr angenehmer Inhaber. Aus Sicht Preis-Leistung sehr zu empfehlen.
