โEverything felt fresh and well maintained. The furniture was new, the dรฉcor modern, and the room smelled clean. It gave the impression of a recently renovated property.โ
โDer Checkin (und -out) lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und Ansprรผchen: Sauber mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden; nur das Parken im รถffentlichen Parkhaus ist hierdurch sehr teuer (33โฌ/Tag), was aber vorher bekannt war.โ
โI had an apartment with a kitchenette for 1 week at the Esplanade. Since I didn't have a car, it was convenient--only about 3 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof and a couple of blocks from the central pedestrian zone. The property itself was attractive with a pleasant breakfast area and a nice enclosed central courtyard. The staff was also quite friendly and attentive. The sauna was a very nice, unexpected benefit at the end of tiring days. An excellent option in central Dortmund!โ
โI liked the spacious room here. It had most distance between twin beds that I ever had before in my hotel experience.
But I was not satisfied with toilet. Because design of bath tub and toilet, I could not sit on the toilet straight. I had to put both my legs to other way. I checked other rooms we had and only our room had this issue. โ

But the receptionists duty on daytime, are not kind and pretty much arrogant.
Donโt know why, they never smiled, or talking the details very well.
