The only problem was barking dogs in the room next door. The irresponsible pet owners left the dogs unattended, the dogs barked constantly.

Our stay was a few days long. We booked 2 rooms (both with double beds) during our stay. Both rooms were only ok. Both not very big and a little outdated and perhaps needed a refresh. Our beds were all comfortable, the lobby and eating/breakfast area was spacious. We did like the convenience since ot was not very hard to get around from our hotel.

Place is currently under construction, nothing major but i would have liked to know this beforehand. Room was okay for the most part cleanly but there was a half eaten bag of chips from last person to stay in room. Breakfast was easily the best part of the stay.

Nothing in my room was clean except for the desktop and shower. The sheets and bed were hairy and had splotches on them, I could go on. However, the front desk staff were fantastic. And when the pool was fixed, it and the spa were very clean.

It was very peaceful. The sheets had blood on them as if the sheets were not switched to clean and there was food in the room cheetos and french fries. The restroom floor was sticky and hair on the restroom door. I didn't want to make a scene. I will not reserve a room there again.I would like credit if possible please for dirty room.

Great Place to Stay!!
Love this place, I stayed off and on here for over a week visiting my daughter. I had my other family members stay here as well. Great place, nice and clean! Pool and workout room was great and they allowed pets with a very reasonable fee. This will be my to to place to stay anytime Im in town!

Did not expect perfection
This was a bargain so I didn’t expect perfection. It looks like they may need to remodel in the future. The 25.00 pet fee is ridiculous, but better than the 50 I paid at 2 other hotels. The outside door that is supposed to work with the key card could be opened without it. The staff was very nice and the room was comfortable. Although it appeared clean, my dog found many morsels of something on the floors to eat.

Sadly the pictures do not do justice to the actual property they look to good to what it actually is. The hotel rooms in the second room are all very dirty, dirty carpet, restrooms, everything, all that floor smelled bad. We asked to be moved to another room, they changed us to the third floor which didn't smell that bad yet still dirty. I recommed if you stay there take your own blankets and flip flops so you won't step on the dirty carpet. Disappointment.

We usually stay at elevate but wanted to try something different, BIG MISTAKE. We asked and paid for a king suite and when we arrived there were no suites available or kings, front desk blamed it on hotels.com. The noise level was very high, we could hear our neighbors and anything happening out in the hall. Something broke in the elevator, we entered without noticing and my son slipped and got glass on his hand and foot, we went back down to buy bandages but there was no one at the front desk and no one had cleaned the glass yet there was only a towel on top.

DO NOT STAY ON 1st floor .. it’s VERY LOUD YOU WILL HAEAR ALL THE TRAFFIC FROM THE OFFICE AND THE FLOORS ABOVE YOU. Perfect for a quick trip and if you don’t plan on staying in the room.
