Views were beautiful! Very comfortable! We did check in two hours early so our room wasn’t ready, but we still got to check in and everything! The pool was out of service, they said they can arrange for us to go swimming to a Sister place around the block so no big deal on that. AC was super cold on them hot days. The stairway to our condominium entrance was a little Michael Myers creepy, but it was really good to have that memory with our family! Just made it’s something we can always talk about it.

The person who welcomed us was super friendly and gave us very clear instructions, which is definitely a plus since not every place has such kind service. The location is very good and the place is very spacious. The only downside was that the sheets in the main bedroom didn’t seem completely clean, but aside from that, it’s a very recommendable place.

Absolutely beautiful location! Breathtaking views, away from town, secluded drive up the mountain. Very clean and easy to navigate through check in through check out. Partially furnished with kitchen/cooking supplies (pots and pans) but if planning to do a lot of it, I'd take your own supplies. Wonderful place for a weekend getaway and our favorite in Ruidoso! We will be booking there for our yearly trip.

Really nice view on the balcony. This was very high up on a mountain. The beds were okay nothing fancy but we had a good time. Definitely will come back again. There ia no fires for bbq at the stay but a place by the office where u can bbq

Property is cozy, roomy for 4 or 5 people, it is rustic wells blend with the view, you can enjoy nature and a fantastic mountain view with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. The pool is heated, clean and the personnel is friendly. The only down side were the doors on the restrooms and bathroom didn't close well other than that is a great place to stay

The reviews for the property were mostly accurate---the condo buildings are quite dated and not the cleanest, but the views and hand--feeding the deer roaming about the property simply could not be beat! Very relaxing nature surroundings create an otherworldly feeling while being there. Was sad to go back to the city :-(
