We are picked up at 2 am and arrived at the hotel around 11. I went straight to the front desk and requested for an early check in and they told me to come back at 2 so we waited in a very hot lobby. Super tired so l came back to ask 3 times but not given a room until 4 pm.The first room the AC is sooo hot. The shower head is broken. It’s tilted on one side and water is only coming out from the tilted side. The faucet was spraying water all around and after 4 days when l came back at 10 in the evening the smell of a rotten animal was sooo strong and wasn’t able to sleep the whole night. I called them and nobody came. The next day l talked to the manager and was given a room in the main building and l was happy coz the room seems to work out fine. We sleep two nights in that room and we woke up around 5 am to be picked up at 7 am to the airport. My husband opens the faucet and all hell broke loose. The smelly water came out gushing and the the steam filled up the whole bathroom. I called screaming emergency and a woman answer but nobody came for 20 minutes and it’s good we already packed so we grabbed everything and went downstairs to use the bathroom next to the check in counter and there was a mam and l told him everything.The experience was sooo horrible that I WANT A REFUND FOR MY MONEY. I was trying to be patient but it’s one situation after another and like 80 percent of the staff are not nice.
